Temperature of sugar beets in a clamp. 35 hours of simulation, logged at 15 minute intervals. Temperature scale is from 0.5 C to 3.0 C. The background blue is 0.9 C. The airflow during this period was always left-to-right.

For reference, it took ca. 2 hours to run this 35 hour simulation.

Compare these results to the experimental data, and build out the system so that it can handle airflow going right to left.
